So true. I lived in Barcelona until six months ago. The last thing an arrogant road cyclist should do in the nearby hills is pass anyone with white or grey hair and think they just kicked his ass on a climb. Cyclists there are like gekkos on andrenalin IV. These secreted powerhouses will scamper up and blast past. I am 61, pretty fast on the climbs and cycle 300km a week and know to respect a rider over 75.

A fragile physical, mental, or emotional health is a choice at any age. A choice.
