On behalf of the potted plants I doff my cap, as our voices go largely unnoticed. We are merely abused foliage in the face of insatiable human hubris.

Though I agree with much of your diatribe, the scathing and somewhat vitriolic keelhauling of other writers on this mediocre and fast decaying platform, is unwarranted. Just don't read Umair. I gave up on his mundane and repetitious (only for read time) contributions half a year ago.

I often read your submissions and feel this singling out of specific contributors was deleterious to your usual quality. However write what you please your voice is yours and will contribute proportionally to your rent.

( I contribute poetry, albeit sporadically, and therefore my rewards find me nestled in a matchbox.)

Thank you for the directive to check D. Volek, however like the other commenter, as a plant I find the vitriol of T. Schlesinger to be unworthy of reaching the status of fertilizer for that which nestles below my roots.

The likelihood that I stay on this platform, as reader or contributor (both unlikely), has, by your article, been given a reprieve though I wilt before the onslaught of listicles and' how-tos'. Where is a plant to find its ray of sunshine that is not riddled with intensely ultraviolet cynicism or banal pseudo-journalism?

Any further suggestions will be water to my leaves.

Thanks for the read. K
