Interesting and largely true but very US-centric. Very. I, too am a nimad though only partially digital as I do renovations around the world while writing my novels. I currently live in the Japanese alps building a large house over and around an old Japanese cottage. A word of caution, banking, communication in diverse cultures can be challenging, rewarding and frustrating. Health and hygiene must be paramount. Always have an exit plan. Do not take your country with you, be open. Best of luck
