I have read of some of the situations that exist in India and other countries around the world. Indeed, we as humans, have a capacity to indulge in depravity and yet equally dismiss it as if it were an inconvenience or 'the problems of others'. This blind tolerance is also a scourge on humanity.
The abuse and degradation of the sex trade is found in pockets of desperation everywhere and yet it is not a tidal wave swallowing a single country as portrayed in the original article to which I took umbrage.
Equally though, humanity does have some redeeming qualities , I believe, or want to believe. One lives in hope. Thank you for your responses.
